House of Hearing was first established in 1969 to help those in need of audiology support. A former client approached us in her new role to ask if we could help with a refresh of the website and marketing collateral.
Hearing technology has made huge advances over the last 50 years and House of Hearing are in a position to help customers with hearing health assessments and hearing systems.
The basis of the website was to give as much information as possible while encouraging customers to make an appointment at one of their 5 clinics. Creative use of videos and photography bring the site to life, giving customers a wealth of information and a sense of exactly how House of Hearing assist each patient.
To complement the website, we created literature, posters and stationery as well as a press and direct mail campaign to highlight the range of services available.
The external clinic signage was looking tired, off brand and not consistent across all clinics. House of Hearing commissioned us to replace the external signage at the Edinurgh and St Andrews clinic with new bespoke powder coated sign trays, with plans to replace the Galashiels and Perth signage later this year. It's important to make a good first impression when a patient arrives at a clinic.
